How can I tell whether an olive oil is organic?

Organic olive oil bears the following indications on its label:

• The national mark recognizing certified products of organic farming.
• The indication “PRODUCT OF ORGANIC FARMING”, combined with the trade name of the product.
• The indication “PRODUCT OF ORGANIC FARMING IN A TRANSITIONAL STAGE” is only found on products of vegetable origin whose cultivation is in a transitional stage, combined with the trade name of the product.
• The logo of the European Community
• The approval code number issued by the Inspection and Certification Body.
