Please note there is no Weekend or Bank Holiday delivery.
If you have a delivery date request this can be placed in the comments box on the checkout page, we will do our very best to fulfill your request.

Postage and packing Charges
The delivery cost includes p&p charges.
In general, p&p charges are calculated based on the actual weight (or volumetric weight) of individual items ordered and the delivery address the items are being sent to.
Within the mainland UK a flat rate of £6 per delivery applies, for all deliveries.
For international destinations please contact us via e-mail .

Dispatch Date
Once you have successfully submitted an order on , you will receive an order confirmation email. In general needs 1-3 working days to process, prepare, and despatch each order. Most orders are generally dispatched within the next working day, however in a small number of cases where we are not able to meet the deadline, you will be contacted and informed accordingly. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please contact a member of our Sales Team via email

Delivery Times
All orders are delivered on or before the estimated delivery date. We however cannot guarantee delivery timescales due to third-party delay.
In general orders sent within the UK arrive within 1-3 working days of being dispatched and 2-7 working days for international destinations.

Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately our current system does not allow us to segment individual orders and dispatch to multiple addresses. If you would like items within your order delivered to separate addresses you would need to order the items separately. Please note that individual delivery charges would apply for each address.

There are two main reasons for delays, either shortage or postal service delays. In the case of the former you would be notified by us, we would also send you regular emails with information on the progress of your order. This may happen because we rely on artisan production processes. Regarding postal delays, we do not have any influence over delivery times which may sometimes vary.

Missed delivery
Taking delivery of products is entirely the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unable to take delivery and the products are returned to the seller, then the seller will arrange redelivery at your expense.
In most cases, however, delivery drivers will leave "calling cards" to let you know that a delivery was attempted. If you see one in your letterbox, please contact them on the details provided to arrange new delivery or pick up. If you have any problems, you can contact our Sales Team using the e-mail .

When you receive your order it is your responsibility to examine both the parcel (before it is opened) and the products very carefully for any damage. If there is any damage whatsoever, or if, for example, a parcel shows signs of damage before it is opened, you must notify the seller on the day on which you receive it.Please sign for the parcel, ‘Received Damaged'.
Where there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong products arrive or any products are missing, then you should initially contact us directly at .

We welcome customer feedback and are always grateful for your comments.
